Community sensitization & empowerment.

To support our four Artisanal and Small-Scale Mining Organisations (ASMO) in Busia in successfully managing their businesses, part of the EWAD team organise a training workshops about principles and practices of financial management, such as risk assessment,
budgeting and in particular accounting. One of the things our Miners will keep in mind: „A dull pencil is better than the sharpest mind.”

It is always a pleasure to work with the different Miners’ Associations and meet such hard-working people, who are eager to learn how to improve their businesses and create a very cooperative working atmosphere. This year again, we are looking forward to all the new achievements, we are going to reach through our joint efforts!
